Author paragraph makes 1500 characters (no spaces, computer calculation).
The minimum billing unit is 1 paragraph. For the texts of more than 1 and less than two paragraphs the amount of text is rounded up on ½ of a paragraph (e. g. 1,4 = 1,5 paragraph or 1,6 = 2 paragraphs).
